Welcome to Rainbow Roos – where soccer is more than a sport. It’s a tool for connection, confidence, and inclusion.
We’re a registered charity offering fun, accessible and adaptable soccer and Lego programs for children as young as two, through to teens and adults. Whether it’s your first time or you're ready to build on existing skills, there’s a place for you here. Specialising in inclusive coaching and personalised support, we proudly work with individuals of all abilities - including those with physical, developmental and sensory needs. Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to participate at their own pace.

Rainbow Roos is a Northern Rivers-based charity that uses sport, play and community programs to support children, young people and families.

Founded in Lismore, Rainbow Roos was created with a simple vision:

Today, Rainbow Roos delivers programs across multiple communities throughout the Northern Rivers and works with thousands of children every year.
The Real Madrid Foundation methodology is built on education, inclusion and personal development.

These principles closely align with Rainbow Roos' commitment to creating welcoming environments where children of all backgrounds and abilities can grow in confidence, build relationships and develop important life skills.

This shared vision has helped make Australia's first community-based Real Madrid Foundation program possible.
The Real Madrid Foundation program represents an exciting new chapter for both organisations.
