"WE DREAM OF A WORLD WHERE ORGANISATIONS LIKE OURS DON'T NEED TO EXIST"
Welcome to Rainbow Roos – where soccer is more than a sport. It’s a tool for connection, confidence, and inclusion.
We’re a registered charity offering fun, accessible and adaptable soccer and Lego programs for children as young as two, through to teens and adults. Whether it’s your first time or you're ready to build on existing skills, there’s a place for you here. Specialising in inclusive coaching and personalised support, we proudly work with individuals of all abilities - including those with physical, developmental and sensory needs. Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to participate at their own pace.
Because everyone deserves the chance to play, belong, and thrive.

A new opportunity for children across the Northern Rivers to develop confidence, values and life skills through the world-renowned Real Madrid Foundation methodology.

Unlike traditional football programs, the focus is not on winning games or selecting the best players. The program is designed to help children grow as people through respect, teamwork, leadership, inclusion and personal development.

The Real Madrid Foundation uses sport as a tool to educate in values, promote inclusion and support the personal development of young people around the world.

Open to children aged 5–16. No experience required. All abilities welcome.

At the heart of every Real Madrid Foundation program is a commitment to developing
positive values that help young people succeed both on and off the field.

For the first time, children and young people across the Northern Rivers have the opportunity to participate in a community-based Real Madrid Foundation program delivered locally by Rainbow Roos.

Unlike traditional football programs, the focus is not on winning games or identifying elite players. Instead, football becomes a vehicle for personal development, helping participants build confidence, strengthen positive values and develop important life skills.

Every child deserves an opportunity. No selections, no exclusions and no pressure to perform.
Focus on building confidence, leadership, resilience and positive values to benefit young people in their lives.
Children are encouraged to learn, develop and grow at their own pace within a supportive environment.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about this exciting opportunity.

Below you'll find a short introductory video and information presentation outlining Australia's first community-based Real Madrid Foundation program and what it could mean for children, young people and families across the Northern Rivers.
