"WE DREAM OF A WORLD WHERE ORGANISATIONS LIKE OURS DON'T NEED TO EXIST"
Welcome to Rainbow Roos – where soccer is more than a sport. It’s a tool for connection, confidence, and inclusion.
We’re a registered charity offering fun, accessible and adaptable soccer and Lego programs for children as young as two, through to teens and adults. Whether it’s your first time or you're ready to build on existing skills, there’s a place for you here. Specialising in inclusive coaching and personalised support, we proudly work with individuals of all abilities - including those with physical, developmental and sensory needs. Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to participate at their own pace.
Because everyone deserves the chance to play, belong, and thrive.

Thank you for your interest in Australia's first community-based Real Madrid Foundation Program.
We're delighted to invite Rainbow Roos families to a special information evening with Natalia, Head of the Real Madrid Foundation Program in Australasia, who will be travelling from Madrid to personally introduce the program to families in the Northern Rivers.
This is a unique opportunity to experience the values and philosophy behind one of the world's most recognised sporting organisations, learn how the program works, and decide whether it could be the right fit for your child and your family.

The evening has been designed to give both parents and children their own unique experience.
Children will take part in a series of engaging activities inspired by the Real Madrid Foundation methodology.
This isn't a football training session or a trial. Instead, children will experience the Foundation's approach through fun, inclusive activities that encourage teamwork, communication, confidence, creativity and problem-solving, while giving them a taste of what makes the program so different.
While the children are enjoying their session, parents will have the opportunity to meet the Rainbow Roos team, connect with other families and enjoy some refreshments.
Parents will then join Natalia for an informal presentation about the Real Madrid Foundation Program.
Natalia will explain:
-
the program philosophy
-
how sessions are delivered
-
what children can expect
-
how families are involved
-
the values of the Foundation
-
the planned Lismore rollout
There will also be plenty of time to ask questions and speak directly with Natalia. Meanwhile, Rainbow Roos coaches will continue engaging the children with supervised activities.
To ensure every family has the opportunity to ask questions and spend time with Natalia, attendance at this first evening will be limited to approximately 15–20 families.
Rather than asking families to commit immediately, this evening is designed to help you experience the Real Madrid Foundation approach first-hand before invitations to join the program are released later this year.
If you would like to attend, please complete the short form below.
Submitting this form does not commit you to joining the Real Madrid Foundation Program. It simply reserves your family's place at this exclusive information evening.
As places are limited to approximately 15–20 families, we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
We'll be in touch shortly to confirm your place and provide the venue details.
We can't wait to welcome you and your family.
There is absolutely no obligation or commitment at this stage.
Registering your interest simply ensures you receive future updates, invitations and important announcements.
