Welcome to Rainbow Roos – where soccer is more than a sport. It’s a tool for connection, confidence, and inclusion.
We’re a registered charity offering fun, accessible and adaptable soccer and Lego programs for children as young as two, through to teens and adults. Whether it’s your first time or you're ready to build on existing skills, there’s a place for you here. Specialising in inclusive coaching and personalised support, we proudly work with individuals of all abilities - including those with physical, developmental and sensory needs. Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to participate at their own pace.

The Real Madrid Foundation methodology is delivered in communities around the world, with every program adapted to the needs of the young people and families it serves.

As Australia's first community-based program continues to develop, additional information will be released closer to launch.
What remains constant is the commitment to creating positive experiences that support learning, personal growth and inclusion.
No two sessions are exactly the same.

Participants may experience a variety of activities designed to support both personal and social development. This could include:
The program recognises that every participant is different.

Some children may enjoy the football activities most.
​
Others may benefit most from developing confidence, making friends, building independence or learning new ways to communicate and work with others.

The aim is not simply to develop footballers, but to create positive experiences that help young people grow.
Families who register their interest will be the first to receive updates as information becomes available.
There is absolutely no obligation or commitment at this stage.
