"WE DREAM OF A WORLD WHERE ORGANISATIONS LIKE OURS DON'T NEED TO EXIST"
Welcome to Rainbow Roos – where soccer is more than a sport. It’s a tool for connection, confidence, and inclusion.
We’re a not-for-profit community organisation offering fun, accessible, and adaptable soccer programs for children as young as two, through to teens and adults. Whether it’s your first time kicking a ball or you're ready to build on existing skills, there’s a place for you here. Specialising in inclusive coaching and personalised support, we proudly work with individuals of all abilities - including those with physical, developmental and sensory needs. Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to participate at their own pace.
Because everyone deserves the chance to play, belong, and thrive.

NDIS Private Sessions: More Than Just Soccer Training!
Every child is unique, and so is our approach!
Our NDIS-funded private sessions are specially designed to support children with physical and neurodiverse needs, helping them build confidence, improve movement, and develop essential life skills—all while having fun with a ball at their feet!
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. That’s why every session is fully personalised to meet individual goals, whether that’s:
⚽ Building Coordination & Strength – Improving motor skills, balance, and muscle tone
🧠 Decision-Making & Focus – Developing cognitive skills in a fun, active way
😁 Confidence & Social Growth – Encouraging self-belief and communication skills
💪 Physical Activity & Wellbeing – Offering a unique, engaging alternative to clinical therapy settings
Our one-on-one coaching ensures dedicated attention, patience, and adaptability, allowing children to progress at their own pace in a safe and supportive environment. Whether it’s working on movement, following instructions, or just enjoying the freedom of play, our sessions offer so much more than just soccer—they build skills for life.
💰 NDIS funding & NSW Active Kids vouchers accepted—because every child deserves the chance to grow and thrive!

GROUP SESSIONS
Our weekly group MiniRoos sessions are perfect for all abilities, experiences and personalities. If you would like to use your NDIS funding to pay for these sessions, please select the zero cost dropdown option when booking and we will send you through our NDIS Info Form. This provides us with all the information we require and we will then invoice (to you or the plan manager) after each session.
Please note, session costs are $20 (as opposed to $16) when invoiced individually due to the extensive NDIS administration processes involved.
If you would prefer to pay upfront for the term, please book as normal and our receipt can then be used for you to claim back the costs.
How does soccer help those with an NDIS diagnosis?
Soccer coaching can be tailored to meet the individual needs of each child and this can occur in many forms, such as:
AUTISM : Structure, routine and social skills development
ADHD : Focus, attention and energy release
CEREBRAL PALSY : Modified exercises for physical development and mobility
DOWN SYNDROME : Inclusive and supportive environment for skill development.
By providing our sessions we can promote inclusivity, alongside multiple other incredible benefits:
Improved physical health and coordination.
Enhanced social skills and friendships.
Increased self-esteem and confidence.
Development of teamwork and communication skills.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Emotional regulation and stress management.
Opportunities for social interaction and community engagement.
Building resilience and perseverance.
Fun and enjoyable experience!

FUNDING & CLAIMING
At Rainbow Roos, we support and encourage the incredible work of the NDIS, providing assistance to those with a disability to help their skills and independence improve.
We are delighted to be able to accept NDIS funding if you are self-managed or plan-managed. Unfortunately, if you are agency-managed you cannot use your funding with us.
