FOOTBALL IS THE TOOL.

VALUES ARE THE GOAL.

While participants learn football skills and enjoy being active, the true objective is much broader:

helping young people develop confidence, character, leadership and responsibility both on and off the field.

Treating others with kindness, fairness and understanding.

Working together, supporting others and contributing positively to a group.

Recognising and valuing every individual regardless of background, ability or circumstance.

Building confidence, self-belief and a positive sense of identity.

Developing enthusiasm, effort and a commitment to personal growth.

Encouraging independence, responsibility and positive decision-making.

Promoting physical wellbeing, healthy lifestyles and positive routines.

The Real Madrid Foundation uses football as a tool to educate in values, promote inclusion and support the personal development of young people.

Every activity, discussion and interaction is designed to help participants develop the skills, attitudes and behaviours that can benefit them throughout their lives.

Discussing experiences, decisions and behaviours.

Applying values and lessons both on and off the field.

Participants are not simply learning football skills.

They are developing life skills that can support them at school, at home and within their communities.

The role of an RMF coach extends beyond football instruction.

Coaches act as mentors, role models and educators, creating environments where young people feel supported, challenged and encouraged to become the best version of themselves.

This is one of the key differences between a Real Madrid Foundation program and a traditional football program.

For the first time, children and young people across the Northern Rivers have the opportunity to experience this world-renowned methodology through a community-based program delivered locally by Rainbow Roos.

While every community is unique, the values remain universal.

These principles connect participants in Lismore with young people participating in Foundation programs around the world.

The ultimate goal is not to create better footballers.

It is to create confident, respectful and resilient young people who are prepared to make a positive contribution to their communities.

There is absolutely no obligation or commitment at this stage.

Registering your interest simply ensures you receive future updates, invitations and important announcements.
