We’re a registered charity offering fun, accessible and adaptable soccer and Lego programs for children as young as two, through to teens and adults. Whether it’s your first time or you're ready to build on existing skills, there’s a place for you here. Specialising in inclusive coaching and personalised support, we proudly work with individuals of all abilities - including those with physical, developmental and sensory needs. Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to participate at their own pace.

Using sport to educate in values, promote inclusion and create opportunities for young people around the world, the Real Madrid Foundation is the social and educational arm of Real Madrid Club de Fútbol.

Established in 1997, the Foundation uses sport as a tool to promote education, social inclusion and personal development. Through a wide range of programs and initiatives, the Foundation works with children, young people and communities around the world, creating opportunities to learn, grow and thrive through sport.

Today, Real Madrid Foundation projects operate across more than 100 countries, reaching hundreds of thousands of participants every year.

While football is often the tool used to engage young people, the ultimate goal is much broader. Every program is designed to support the development of values, confidence, leadership, responsibility and social inclusion.

For the first time, children and young people across the Northern Rivers have the opportunity to participate in a community-based Real Madrid Foundation program delivered locally by Rainbow Roos.

Through this partnership, local families can access the same values-based philosophy that underpins Foundation programs around the world while remaining connected to their local community.
