"WE DREAM OF A WORLD WHERE ORGANISATIONS LIKE OURS DON'T NEED TO EXIST"
Welcome to Rainbow Roos – where soccer is more than a sport. It’s a tool for connection, confidence, and inclusion.
We’re a registered charity offering fun, accessible and adaptable soccer and Lego programs for children as young as two, through to teens and adults. Whether it’s your first time or you're ready to build on existing skills, there’s a place for you here. Specialising in inclusive coaching and personalised support, we proudly work with individuals of all abilities - including those with physical, developmental and sensory needs. Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to participate at their own pace.
Because everyone deserves the chance to play, belong, and thrive.

ROSIE - Roos Assistance Dog & Mascot
Meet Rosie, the Rainbow Roos sausage dog!
A registered assistance pup in training, Rosie is a regular at our Goonellabah and Ballina sessions. She adores the kids, offers gentle support to those who need it, and never says no to a cuddle - or a cheesy chicken treat! Rosie’s waggy tail and wet tongue brings smiles, comfort, and plenty of puppy love.

Rainbow Roos Committee
We are lucky to be supported in what we do by a fantastic six-person
committee made up of local parents, business owners and experienced individuals. All passionate about the incredible work that Rainbow Roos does in the community, they make decisions on such things as large-scale purchases, policy changes, structure reviews and much more. The team meet regularly to ensure a continuous flow of success and progression.
