"WE DREAM OF A WORLD WHERE ORGANISATIONS LIKE OURS DON'T NEED TO EXIST"
Welcome to Rainbow Roos – where soccer is more than a sport. It’s a tool for connection, confidence, and inclusion.
We’re a registered charity offering fun, accessible and adaptable soccer and Lego programs for children as young as two, through to teens and adults. Whether it’s your first time or you're ready to build on existing skills, there’s a place for you here. Specialising in inclusive coaching and personalised support, we proudly work with individuals of all abilities - including those with physical, developmental and sensory needs. Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to participate at their own pace.
Because everyone deserves the chance to play, belong, and thrive.

JESS - Lead Coach
Jess brings energy, experience, and a genuine passion for children’s growth to the Rainbow Roos team. Growing up in the USA, she spent many weekends watching her mum coach her siblings’ soccer teams, which shaped her understanding of inclusive, supportive sporting environments.

Having played soccer herself as a child and later in a local women’s team, Jess knows firsthand how sport can boost confidence, strength, and friendships. Now, as a mum and coach, she combines that personal experience with professional focus to make every session fun, safe, and empowering.

Currently studying Allied Health Assistance, Jess brings a patient, encouraging approach to every activity. She strongly believes all children should feel included, supported, and celebrated, no matter their age, ability, or learning style.

With her approachable, positive energy and commitment to inclusive play, Jess is a fantastic addition to the Rainbow Roos team, helping children develop skills, confidence, and a love of movement in every session.
