"WE DREAM OF A WORLD WHERE ORGANISATIONS LIKE OURS DON'T NEED TO EXIST"
Welcome to Rainbow Roos – where soccer is more than a sport. It’s a tool for connection, confidence, and inclusion.
We’re a not-for-profit community organisation offering fun, accessible, and adaptable soccer programs for children as young as two, through to teens and adults. Whether it’s your first time kicking a ball or you're ready to build on existing skills, there’s a place for you here. Specialising in inclusive coaching and personalised support, we proudly work with individuals of all abilities - including those with physical, developmental and sensory needs. Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to participate at their own pace.
Because everyone deserves the chance to play, belong, and thrive.
Jess - Office Support & NDIS Admin
The heartbeat behind the scenes at Rainbow Roos, Jess keeps everything running smoothly with her incredible organisation, attention to detail, and warm personality. With many years of experience in customer service and a strong background in running a small business, Jess brings both professionalism and empathy to her role - especially when it comes to supporting our NDIS families.

Originally from the UK, Jess moved to Australia in 2018 and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle, the people, and the vibrant sense of community in the Northern Rivers. Now proudly calling Lismore home, she couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Her passion for the region and its resilience - particularly following the devastating floods - drives her dedication to helping local families feel supported and included through everything we do at Rainbow Roos.

Jess wears many hats, from managing day-to-day office operations to ensuring every NDIS participant receives the care and attention they need. She’s the friendly voice on the phone, the one who answers every question with patience, and the go-to person when something needs sorting—fast.

Outside the office, Jess is often found pitchside - cheering on the kids, chatting to families, welcoming new starters, and making sure everyone feels comfortable and included from the moment they arrive. She also keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from organising merchandise orders to helping at community events. Her passion, warmth, and hands-on support make her a familiar and trusted face to many Rainbow Roos families.

"Our country has been through difficult experiences in terms of unity. Sport - football in particular - has the power to help that. It is a special feeling."
