"WE DREAM OF A WORLD WHERE ORGANISATIONS LIKE OURS DON'T NEED TO EXIST"
Welcome to Rainbow Roos – where soccer is more than a sport. It’s a tool for connection, confidence, and inclusion.
We’re a registered charity offering fun, accessible and adaptable soccer and Lego programs for children as young as two, through to teens and adults. Whether it’s your first time or you're ready to build on existing skills, there’s a place for you here. Specialising in inclusive coaching and personalised support, we proudly work with individuals of all abilities - including those with physical, developmental and sensory needs. Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to participate at their own pace.
Because everyone deserves the chance to play, belong, and thrive.

MiniRoos Sessions
MiniRoos: Where Energy Becomes Skill. And Confidence Comes to Life.

Big personalities. Big movement. Big emotions.

5-10 yr olds bring a wonderful kind of chaos to the pitch. At MiniRoos, we don’t try to contain that energy. We guide it. We shape it. We turn it into growth. MiniRoos is where enthusiasm meets structure. Where imagination meets real skill development. Where children are supported not just to play the game, but to understand it, enjoy it and grow through it.

Because at this age, something important is happening. Children are not only developing physically. They are building identity. Learning how to work with others. Discovering how to respond when things don’t go their way. Deciding whether they feel capable.

Our sessions are designed with intention. We develop ball mastery, dribbling, passing, control and shooting in ways that feel exciting and achievable. We introduce simple tactics and spatial awareness so children begin to think, not just react. We create moments that challenge resilience and reward bravery. We build communication, empathy and respect into everything we do.

This is not about creating the “best” player on the pitch. It is about helping every child become their best version of themselves.

MiniRoos is inclusive by design. Children of all abilities train together, with activities adapted in real time to ensure everyone is stretched appropriately and supported fully. Many of our participants access sessions through NDIS, and we proudly create an environment where difference is normalised, celebrated and understood.

You will see them weaving through cones with control. Calling for the ball with confidence. Encouraging teammates. Trying again after a mistake. That is development. That is growth. And yes, they have an absolute blast while doing it.

Cost
Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Jewish Wolper Health Foundation, all 10-week MiniRoos block bookings are now just $95, reduced from $160. This subsidised rate is secured for at least the next three years, ensuring accessible, high-quality development for more families.

We also accept NSW Active Kids vouchers and NDIS funding, because opportunity should never depend on circumstance.
