"WE DREAM OF A WORLD WHERE ORGANISATIONS LIKE OURS DON'T NEED TO EXIST"
Welcome to Rainbow Roos – where soccer is more than a sport. It’s a tool for connection, confidence, and inclusion.
We’re a registered charity offering fun, accessible and adaptable soccer and Lego programs for children as young as two, through to teens and adults. Whether it’s your first time or you're ready to build on existing skills, there’s a place for you here. Specialising in inclusive coaching and personalised support, we proudly work with individuals of all abilities - including those with physical, developmental and sensory needs. Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to participate at their own pace.
Because everyone deserves the chance to play, belong, and thrive.

Adult Social Soccer

Movement. Connection. Community.
We’ve spoken about this for a while. Now it’s happening.

Our Adult Social Soccer program is officially here - and it is built for real people who simply want to move, connect and feel part of something. Funded jointly by AusPost and ChangeX, this initiative is about far more than football. Soccer is the vehicle. The purpose is connection.
This program is open to all ages, abilities and genders. No experience required. No pressure. No expectation beyond turning up and being willing to get involved.

What to Expect
-
Weekly sessions combining fun games, skill challenges, small-sided matches and social team activities.
-
A relaxed but structured environment where fitness, mental wellbeing and laughter sit at the centre.
-
Opportunities to meet new people, build friendships and reconnect with your own movement at your own pace.
-
Occasional themed nights, guest contributors and community-based experiences that extend beyond the pitch.
This is social sport done properly. Organised. Inclusive. Welcoming. Some will come for fitness. Some for confidence. Some simply to get out of the house and meet people. All are welcome.
