Rainbow Roos Adult Social Soccer is the perfect solution—child-free and all about having a great time while getting fit! Whether you’re looking to learn new soccer skills, stay active, or simply enjoy a night out, our sessions are designed to be:

 

🏃 Fun & Low-Stress – No competition, just relaxed games where everyone can join in

⚽ Skill-Building & Fitness – Learn soccer techniques while getting a full-body workout

😁 Social & Supportive – Meet other adults, make new friends, and enjoy adult-time

Our social soccer sessions are all about having fun—whether you're a seasoned player or a beginner, everyone is welcome. It’s a chance to get fit, learn new skills, and enjoy an evening that’s all about you.

 

WE ARE DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE WERE RECENTLY AWARDED A COMMUNITY GRANT FROM AUSPOST TO BE ABLE TO RUN OUR ADULT PROGRAM IN GOONELLABAH, WITH A FOCUS ON MENTAL HEALTH, SOCIAL INTERACTIONS AND FITNESS/WELLBEING.
