We’re a not-for-profit community organisation offering fun, accessible, and adaptable soccer programs for children as young as two, through to teens and adults. Whether it’s your first time kicking a ball or you're ready to build on existing skills, there’s a place for you here. Specialising in inclusive coaching and personalised support, we proudly work with individuals of all abilities - including those with physical, developmental and sensory needs. Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to participate at their own pace.

Rainbow Roos is a fun, inclusive soccer program for children of all ages and abilities across the Northern Rivers. We build confidence, coordination, and connection through joyful, non-competitive sessions where every child feels supported.
As a registered charity and NDIS provider, we proudly support children with disabilities and additional needs, making our programs accessible to all families—regardless of background or circumstances. From toddlers to teens, every session is tailored, welcoming, and filled with laughter.
At Rainbow Roos, it’s not just about soccer—it’s about belonging, community, and giving every child the chance to shine.
Our Team
Rainbow Roos was created by a team with a lifelong love for soccer and a shared commitment to inclusion and community wellbeing. While we follow a consistent, play-based program focused on fun, confidence, and connection, every coach brings their own unique personality, skills, and flair - making each session special in its own way.
