"WE DREAM OF A WORLD WHERE ORGANISATIONS LIKE OURS DON'T NEED TO EXIST"
Welcome to Rainbow Roos – where soccer is more than a sport. It’s a tool for connection, confidence, and inclusion.
We’re a not-for-profit community organisation offering fun, accessible, and adaptable soccer programs for children as young as two, through to teens and adults. Whether it’s your first time kicking a ball or you're ready to build on existing skills, there’s a place for you here. Specialising in inclusive coaching and personalised support, we proudly work with individuals of all abilities - including those with physical, developmental and sensory needs. Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to participate at their own pace.
Because everyone deserves the chance to play, belong, and thrive.

Community
At Rainbow Roos, our focus is on delivering enjoyable and inclusive soccer coaching across the Northern Rivers, NSW—helping children of all abilities grow through play, connection and movement.

We believe that access to safe, supportive, and high-quality sports programs should never be restricted. That’s why we work to remove barriers to participation by making our sessions accessible to all children and families, regardless of age, gender, background, disability, financial circumstances, or social situation.
Our Team
Rainbow Roos founder Brad Ambridge has lived and breathed soccer since childhood. Driven by a passion for inclusion and community wellbeing, Brad is building a dedicated team of coaches and support staff who share a commitment to helping every child thrive—regardless of their background or ability.

Our team uses a play-based approach that focuses on fun, confidence-building, and social connection. This inclusive philosophy has supported children across the Northern Rivers to grow not just as players, but as individuals.
