"WE DREAM OF A WORLD WHERE ORGANISATIONS LIKE OURS DON'T NEED TO EXIST"
Welcome to Rainbow Roos – where soccer is more than a sport. It’s a tool for connection, confidence, and inclusion.
We’re a not-for-profit community organisation offering fun, accessible, and adaptable soccer programs for children as young as two, through to teens and adults. Whether it’s your first time kicking a ball or you're ready to build on existing skills, there’s a place for you here. Specialising in inclusive coaching and personalised support, we proudly work with individuals of all abilities - including those with physical, developmental and sensory needs. Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to participate at their own pace.
Because everyone deserves the chance to play, belong, and thrive.
BigRoos Sessions
BigRoos: Take Your Game to the Next Level!
Fast feet, sharp minds, and a hunger to improve—welcome to BigRoos, where 11–16 year olds fine-tune their skills, sharpen their tactics, and take their game to the next level!
Whether they’re already playing for a team or simply love the sport, our sessions are designed to challenge, inspire, and empower. At this stage, it’s all about refining technique, building game intelligence, and growing confidence—on and off the pitch.
Our BigRoos program focuses on:
⚽ Advanced Ball Control – Precision passing, quick feet, and mastering first touch
🎯 Tactical Awareness – Game reading, spatial awareness, and smarter decision-making
🔥 Match Scenarios – Handling real-game pressure with creativity and confidence
🤝 Leadership & Resilience – Encouraging respect, communication, and personal growth
BigRoos is the perfect companion to club football—offering extra ball time, fresh coaching perspectives, and an inclusive space to improve without the pressure of competition.
Many participants also attend through NDIS plans, and we proudly adapt sessions to meet a wide range of learning styles, goals, and support needs.
Whether they're pushing their limits, learning from setbacks, or just enjoying the game with new mates, BigRoos is where young people thrive.
💰 We accept NSW Active Kids vouchers and NDIS funding—because every young player deserves the chance to grow.

We are currently taking expressions of interest for a BigRoos session on Mondays 5:30-6:30pm. The aim will be to start early July with a minimum of six participants. Please complete the form below to let us know if you are keen.
